| It's all about training. Our employees receive over 20 hours of verifiable training each year. All technicians are required to receive 16 hours of recertification credits every two years just to retain their licence. While many may believe thats enough, we pride ourselves on going far beyond that required level. |

| John began his career at Arrow after Len brought him on board in 2001. When Len opened up Coppermines, it didn't take long for John to make the move as well. Prior to this industry, John was a branch manager for Wolf Camera. John comes to us with a degree in science from Rice University. John also attended North Harris College in TX and North Ga. Tech. He is state certified in household pest control and wood destroying organisms. John is also a volunteer fire fighter for White County. John is a member of the Masons, Lumpkin County HBA, Dawson County HBA and the Hall County Board of Realtors. John is also a DNR certified Nuisance Wildlife trapper and heads up our wildlife division. |

| Alisa has been with us for the past 6 years working as our administrative assistant scheduling customers and filing the days paperwork. She has her certification in wood destroying organisms and household pest control. Alisa is a graduate of White County High School and currently enrolled in North Ga Tech majoring in Applied Business Technology Diploma. She a member of Chestatee Baptist Church. | J.B. takes great pride in letting everyone know that he trained the boss. J.B. retired from Orkin Exterminating after 32 years, but just couldn't leave it. J.B. works part-time with us and heads up our school IPM program. Yes, back in 1987, he was one of the first technicians to train the owner of our company. J. B. is a graduate of Lithonia High School. J.B. recieved the 2009 Employee of the Year and in 2010 he recieved the "Best in 2010 Award" from the Georgia Pest Control Association. J.B.'s vast experience and knowledge of our industry has been a great asset to our company. |
| Don got into this industry late in life. After graduating from Emma Sansom High School, Don attended Gaddiston Jr. College. He soon left Gaddiston AL and signed up for 6 years of duty with the U.S. Navy. Don is a Vietnam Era Vet. After coming home Don went to work as a sheet metal worker. After retiring and coming to Georgia, Don found himself working for Pro-Guard Pest Systems of Atlanta. Don came to work with us about 4 years ago and serves the Dawson and South Lumpkin area. |
| David is also a native of North Georgia. David attended and graduated from Lumpkin County High School. David started his career with us about 6 years ago. David has completed the Structural Pest Control Course, and the Structural Pre-treat Course at the University of Georgia. David is a licenced minister and a member of Chestatee Baptist Church. David was the 2006 recipient of the Coppermines Pest Control Employee of the Year Award. In addition David is a volunteer firefighter in White county and is currently enrolled at North GA Tech where he is taking courses for emergency medical technician. | Josh is also a native of North Georgia. He is a graduate of North Hall High School. Josh is a registered tech in HPC & WDO. He is also a DNR nuisance wildlife trapper. Josh is a licenced minister at Canaan Baptist Church. He likes to spend his free time in the woods hunting and fishing. Josh currently runs our White & Hall County route. |


| If you call and need a pre-treat, or if you have a real low crawlspace and need it inspected or treated, or if you need some one to climb a 40 foot ladder and get up on your roof and exclude flying squirrels, Michael is your man. He also began his career at Arrow. Michael is a native of Dahlonega and graduated from Lumpkin County High School. He was the 2010 Employee of the year. Michael is just one of those "go to guys". I've not seen much that he's not willing to do. Michael is also a DNR certified Nuisance Wildlife trapper. |
